Supervisor

Reports to: Operations Manager and Accounts Officer
Supervises: Leading Hands, Climbers, EWP Operators, Ground Personnel and Subcontractors
Responsibilities: Liaising with Clients
Quoting and programming work
Worksite Quality & Safety Inspections
General Management of the Work Crews
Cooperate with OH&S Consultative Committe

Operators

Reports to: Supervisor and Leading Hand
Responsibilities: Carry out Tree Maintenance, Removal and Vegetation Management around Overhead Electrical Infrastructure
Operate EWP
Carry out daily equipment checks
Complete Hazard Assessments
Communicate with the work crew
Comply with directions from Supervisor, Leading Hand and Safety Observer
Cooperate with OH&S Consultative Committee

Climbers

Reports to: Supervisor and Leading Hand
Responsibilities: Carry out Tree Maintenance, Removal and Vegetation Management around Overhead Electrical Infrastructure
Utilize EWP and Crane where appropriate
Carry out daily equipment checks
Complete Hazard Assessments
Communicate with the work crew
Comply with directions from Supervisor and Leading Hand
Cooperate with OH&S Consultative Committee

Chipper Operators/ Ground Personnel

Reports To: Supervisor and Leading Hand
Responsibilities: Support Climbers and EWP Operators
Carry out daily equipment checks
Carry out daily maintenance on equipment
Complete Hazard Assessments
Removal & Processing of cut vegetation
Communicate with the work crew
Comply with directions from Supervisor and Leading Hand
Cooperate with OH&S Consultative Committee
